This inn is an absolute GEM!!! It couldn't be in a better location, less than a 5 minute walk to the best restaurants, cafes, and things to do. The inn itself is absolutely adorable with so much character and even a pool table! You can tell there's so much history in the walls, and the themed rooms are charming. The host Tim is such a sweet man and treated us like royalty. If you're visiting Stratford, this place is a MUST!
I was greatly satisfied and impressed by the excellence of care and service provided by the Stone Maiden Inn. The rooms were delightful, well kept, and amenity rich. We were provided with coffee and tea service upon checkout, marking a wonderful capstone on a lovely weekend getaway. 5 stars
Located a short walk to all of Stratford's theatres, restaurants and sights, the Stonemaiden Inn was the perfect place to stay. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. A very comfortable time! Tim was super kind, welcoming and supported us throughout our stay. 5/5.
We stayed here for a wedding and it is an absolutely beautiful space. The rooms have wonderful character and are cozy for your trip to Stratford. There are some lovely shared spaces to connect with other guests if you choose. It is close to downtown which makes all the theatres and main street with in walking distance and easy access to Stratford's restaurants. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.
The location was perfect. Within walking distance of everything. The room was clean and charming. The grand entrance way was our favourite. The only complaint was that the water cooler/heater for making tea was empty for our stay. Simple mistake with a simple solution. The owner even came our and offered us a snow brush to clear off our cars after the first snow of the season (we were ill prepared). We will definitely be back!
We stayed two nights at the Stone Maiden Inn for a wedding and had a really lovely experience. The location was perfect and everything we needed was within easy walking distance. Our room was clean and tidy. Although we didn’t get a chance to meet the inn’s owners, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it.
We loved our stay at the Stone Maiden Inn in Stratford. It was so cozy and charming, and my partner and I felt completely comfortable during our two-night stay. The location is wonderful and super convenient, just a two minute walk to Joe’s Diner, which was such a great spot. The pool table was also a lot of fun and a nice bonus in the evenings. We would absolutely stay here again.
We went to The Stone Maiden Inn for a wedding. Rooms were absolutely beautiful and clean. Beds and pillows like a dream slept like a baby. Tim the owner was incredible and answered all questions and made us feel very welcome. Very charming historical Inn which is a short walk to the main street and restaurants. Will definitely book again and highly recommend.
